About the Name
Thin blue smoke is what every pitmaster strives to achieve. As a 3 decade hobbiest of smoking meats and cheeses, I strive to reach the desirable smoke produced during the long smoking process, characterized by its thin, light appearance with a bluish tint. It signifies a clean burning fire with complete combustion, resulting in flavorful and aromatic compounds that enhance the taste of foods. This attention to detail is the same attentiveness I bring to servicing your document signing needs.
About Me
I am a life long Washingtonion, and have lived in several areas of the state. Born in Spokane, spent most of my childhood in eastern WA. Most of my adult life was spent on the west side of the mountains. I come from a family of life long service to the community. From Military, law enforcement, first responders, to service clubs such as the Lions Club and the Eagles Club. As I ease into my golden years, my goal is to continue to help our communities. Nothing says it better than a quote from one of my favorite movies: *I will serve, I will be of service*.
