As a 3 decade hobbyist of curing and smoking meats and cheeses, blue smoke represents the ideal temperature, fuel, air flow and cooking environment that all pit-masters aspire to achieve. My years of dedication to this hobby of charcuterie is the same dedication I bring to service your document signing needs. 

About me:

I come from a multi-generational family of providing service to our communities.  Military, law enforcement and first responders to mention some.  Our family believes in the rule of law, integrity, compassion and a willingness to reach out to someone in need.
